Express Shipping (2-4 working days): AU$22

Free Standard Shipping if over AU$170 (upgrade to express for $9.95)

All stated times are a guide only, not a guarantee. For remote locations, shipping can take an extra 1-2 days.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. 

All orders placed before 11pm AEST Monday - Friday aim to be dispatched the same day via the fastest and the most reliable courier - DHL Express. 

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before dispatch. Please contact Customer Services at info@londonlash.com.au as soon as your order has been placed to request a cancellation. 

FAQs

• If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel will return to the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.
• Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them. Orders over AU$1000 will be liable to pay Import GST (Goods and Services Tax) at a flat rate of 10% of the order total. Invoice will be generated by DHL Express and required to pay before the release of goods in transit.
• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Armed Forces Post Office addresses.
• There is a bulky item shipping charge added to certain items exceeding the standard weight limit. At the checkout a surcharge of $18 will be applied.
