After receiving this parcel the mirror came off the handle whilst i was using it during a client

I received this already broken! The stick was detached from the mirror. So annoying and can’t put it back together

I have bought this mirror awhile ago (about a year) but I only started using it a few month ago. (I kept it in a safe place while unsed.)
And one day, the mirror just fell off the handle. I took a good care of it and it looks like this happens not just for me by seeing from the reviews from others.
I love the mirror but it needs to be more sturdy. It's not reliable.
